Villa Grofica is a new luxury holiday home with a heated pool and whirlpool, with a beautiful view of the olive grove and the surrounding nature, located near all attractive sights, beaches and cultural events.
Villa Grofica is what you should be looking for if you want to spend a relaxing vacation. There, you'll feel like you've just dived into a home improvement magazine. It is located on a fenced and well-kept garden of 1,300 m2, very suitable for families with children and young people.
The specialties of our region are wine roads and olive oil roads. There is an agricultural farm nearby and you can enjoy local fruits and vegetables. Our fishermen provide you with fresh fish every day, and you can enjoy local food by visiting agritourisms. Villa Grofica has its own small garden where you can enjoy seasonal vegetables.
Bicycle paths right next to the house, quad biking, windsurfing and horse riding will make your stay in nature adventurous. If you just want to relax, you are in nature, in the fresh air, in one of the few houses with a completely fenced, spacious garden where your children and pets are safe.
Do not miss visiting the nearby towns of Pula and Medulin and our phenomena, fortresses and quarries, beaches and parks. In addition to the Kamenjak Nature Park, the favorite place for golfers is the Brijuni National Park, which can be reached by boat from the small fishing village of Fažane. In Brijuni, you will have an unforgettable experience with various animals, riding electric vehicles and bicycles, and viewing natural and man-made beauties. A handful of beach bars and surrounding parties are available for young people.
