In the basement, you will find a spacious 35m² living room equipped with billiards and darts, which can be converted into a bedroom with additional beds if necessary - the perfect solution for a group or an overnight stay with friends.
The special magic of this villa lies in the covered area by the pool, where the summer kitchen with barbecue and an additional toilet make every meal a special occasion - imagine dinner in the ambiance of the scent of nature and local delicacies, prepared with love.
A 32m² heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, spacious sundeck, covered terrace with dining area, barbecue facilities, bicycle storage, free parking, fast Wi-Fi and full air conditioning create the conditions for a fabulous stay, in which you will probably want to repeat it or recommend it to your loved ones.
Villa Salvore is also the perfect base for exploring Istria - just a few minutes drive separates you from the magical Savudrija with its lighthouse and beach bars, Umag with tennis courts and entertainment for children, and Novigrad with its crystal clear sea and charming harbor.
