About the property
Beach house Ive is on nurtured feald of 2.000 m2 which is very nice for young people and family with children and pets. Location is very calm with no traffic.
The special features of our region are wine roads and olive oil roads. There is an agricultural farm nearby and you can enjoy local fruits and vegetables. Our fishermen provide you with fresh fish every day, and you can enjoy local food by visiting agritourisms.
Bicycle paths right next to the house, quad biking, windsurfing and horse riding will make your stay in nature adventurous.
Do not miss visiting our phenomena, fortresses and quarries. We definitely recommend the Amphitheater, Monvidal Fortress, Sveti Mihovil, Casoni Vecchi, Bitnica Ovine, Brioni Minor, Cave Romane and there is also the Stoja Fortress with a view of the Gulf of Pula and Italy. It is definitely worth visiting the Pula Tunnels, the Castle and the Archaeological Museum.
A favorite place for golfers is the Brijuni National Park, which can be reached by boat from the small fishing village of Fažane. In Brijuni, various animals (elephant, zebras, peacocks, goats, sheep,...), driving electric vehicles and bicycles, and viewing natural and created beauties will provide you with an unforgettable experience. Special importance is given to them by the museum of Josip Broz Tito and former Yugoslavia.

The construction of the house is characterized by the use of natural materials - wood and stone, and it offers its guests an unforgettable stay in a natural environment right on the seashore.
The yard is completely fenced and guests have complete privacy and secured parking.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a living room that opens onto a covered terrace with a seating area and a gas grill.
Next to the house there is a sun terrace with deckchairs. There is a covered whirlpool and a swimming pool. Table tennis and a swing are available.
The depth of the sea in the bay is a maximum of 150 cm, the bay is suitable for using sups and kayaks. Our beach is suitable for enjoying and sunbathing. Real swimmers can find a perfect spot 600m from the house.
Thanks to its location, Beach house Ive provides an ideal starting point for visiting all the sights and natural beauties of this region. Our guests can reach Medulin (sandy beach, entertainment for young people and children, catering, shops...), Pomer (restaurants with excellent cuisine, beaches, marina...), Premantura (Nature Park) in just a few minutes' drive. Kamenjak with beautiful beaches, open and clean sea)..... Proximity to the highway and local roads allows quick access to Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Brijuni National Park, central Istria.....
