About the property
Beach house Beta - a house in an olive grove next to the beach with a heated and, if necessary, enclosed hydromassage whirlpool and swimming pool. It is located in the small fishing village of Pomer, known for its marina, in the well-protected Medulin bay, surrounded by pine trees in a unique natural environment right next to the sea. Olive trees and Mediterranean plants are located on a plot of 3000 m2, they are a paradise for children and pets. Beach house Beta (it has its own fenced yard of approx. 100 m2) and Beach house Mare are located in a common fenced complex, an olive grove. The house has its own privacy. Beach house Mare is not rented, so guests have complete peace of mind.
In front of the house there is a swimming pool with a terrace, covered and if necessary closed heated whirlpool, gas grill, dining table and deckchairs and lounge furniture. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and olive trees.
In the olive grove there are facilities for enjoyment, a swing, a boxing bag and garden furniture.
Our beach is suitable for enjoyment. The sea is deep, maximum 1.5 m deep and not suitable for swimming.
Real swimmers can find the perfect place 700 m from the house where there are beaches, beach bars, pedal boats, surf club, restaurants, pet beach,...
