On the ground floor of the house there is a large living room that connects the fully equipped kitchen and dining room with access to the sunny terrace. From the terrace, the view extends to the swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs and a play area – there are facilities that will delight the youngest, but also everyone who enjoys outdoor fun. The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as an additional toilet.
In the basement of the villa there is another spacious living room – perfect for evening gatherings with billiards.
The covered summer kitchen by the pool, equipped with a barbecue and a dining area, is particularly enchanting. Here, days easily turn into evenings with the scents of local spices and the gentle crackling of the grill.
Situated in a quiet location, yet close to the sea, the villa is the perfect starting point for exploring magical places like Savudrija and its lighthouse, charming Umag or picturesque Novigrad. For those who love activities, there are cycling trails, horseback riding, sailing, wine roads... and the natural beauty of Istria and local flavors will remain etched in your memory.
