The beaches and the lighthouse are within walking distance, allowing you to start each day with a walk to the sea or watching the sunset by the lighthouse – a unique symbol of the area.
The houses are equipped with summer kitchens with barbecue, large terraces overlooking the greenery and are located on a fenced, well-kept garden in a traffic-free zone – ideal for complete privacy and security.
Enjoy local wines, olive oil, fresh fish and homemade products from nearby farms. The surrounding area offers numerous cycling trails, horse riding, quad biking and water sports.
Nearby are numerous cultural and natural attractions: the amphitheater, Cave Romane, Stancija Grande, medieval castles, an observatory and much more. Golf and tennis courts, as well as the Istralandia aquapark, complete the offer for all ages.

The view through the glass walls takes you to the private pool and covered terrace, where the smell of pine trees wakes you up in the morning, and in the evening the sound of silence and the twinkling of stars.
