This rich villa is located in the small, typical Istrian fishing village of Pomer, in the Bay of Medulin. The house is located in the very heart of a quiet place, only 500m from the beach, the marina and a pine forest with exercise facilities and a children's playground.
It is only a few kilometers away from Medulin, a tourist destination with a sandy beach and a family park, where the youngest will surely find plenty of facilities to enhance their stay. There is also the city of Pula with its amphitheater and historical sights, as well as the nature park 'RT-Kamenjak', the southernmost point of the Istrian peninsula, which is definitely worth visiting and enjoying the pristinely clean sea and untouched nature. For guests who want to spend an active vacation, there is a surf & diving center, speedboat, quad bike, bicycle, motorcycle, buggy rental, tennis, basketball, football and volleyball courts in the immediate vicinity.
