About the property
House on the beach ROKO is an ideal place for vacation. It is especially attractive to guests who want a quiet holiday in nature. Most areas afforested with Mediterranean vegetation, pines and olive trees. On the beach, the youngest can spend their time on the volleyball court, pedaling, playing mini golf, billiards, table football. The beaches are pebbly surrounded by pine trees. Entertainment: mini golf, beach volleyball, children's games, pedal boats, walking and running trails, water sports, bike trails, ..Within 100 - 500 m from the house there are several restaurants serving local Dalmatian cuisine, bars, supermarket and other facilities. For those who like active holidays, the region is known for the Kornati National Park, Krka National Park and Vrana Lake Nature Park.
Tisno - A unique, picturesque village located partly on the mainland and partly on the island of Murter. These two parts are separated by a small bay only 38 meters wide and connected by a mechanical drawbridge. Incredible Dalmatian stone houses and narrow streets, wide squares and widespread Mediterranean vegetation, a long waterfront, restaurants with the most traditional offer and modern events, make Tisno a truly pleasant environment. Don't miss it:
• dance and have fun at the Love International Festival, a famous dance music festival at the Garden Resort in Tisno,
• watch the pilgrimage of the feast of Our Lady of Karavaj at the end of May and the Games on the current, an entertainment and sports event next to the Tisno drawbridge at the end of July,
• Dine in one of the many traditional taverns and restaurants with great offerings.

A beautiful mobile home of modern architecture built on the coast. The building is characterized by the use of natural materials - wood and stone, and offers its guests an unforgettable stay in a natural environment. This ground-floor house with a terrace consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with three separate beds; fully equipped kitchen with dining room. There is a bathroom with a shower cabin and a toilet.
From the kitchen, dining room and living room there is a covered terrace with comfortable furniture where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the natural environment.
The house is fully equipped with everything necessary for a high standard of living: air conditioning, wi-fi, TV, safe...Next to the house there is a barbecue, a dining table and deckchairs. From that part of the house there is a view of the sea and the neighboring island of Murter.
